Our 100% natural APRICOT JAM is made from 100 g of fruit per 100 g!


ONLY 52,6 kcal per 100 g!


The jam contains 76% FRUIT, is GLUTEN FREE, contains NO ADDED SUGARS and NO ADDITIVES.


It is suitable for diabetics, vegans, vegetarians and PALEO enthusiasts and may also be included as a part of LOW CARB or even KETO diet.


Made from 100 g of fruit per 100 g of jam and 76% fruit content? Why such a difference?

To make 100 g of jam we preprare 100 g of cleaned apricots and some erythritol. Thus, immediately at the beginning of the preparation, the fruit content is actually 100%. Later,  due to natural processes (water evaporates etc. …), which are unavoidable during the production, the final share of fruit in jam is slightly lower.
