Pie crust ingredients:

Step 1:

Combine butter and dark chocolate in one bowl and melt them over a water bath or in the microwave.

Use a different bowl to mix all the dry ingredients (almond flour, erythritol, cocoa powder, baking powder).

Step 2:

In a third bowl  stir in the eggs until light and creamy. Add vanilla powder and butter and chocolate mixture you’ve made before.

Add the dry ingredients to the wet ones and mix until all ingredients are perfectly combine.

Step 3:

Bake 15 minutes @180°C and enjoy!
