Homemade, buttery, salted and absolutely perfect LOW CARB CRACKERS made with sesame seed flour.

In the recipe we used our protein rich defatted SESAME FLOUR which will surprise you with its pleasent taste.

Crackers are a great choice for LOW CARB, PALEO and KETO enthusiasts and are also suitable for DIABETICS. They are GLUTEN and added SUGAR FREE, but still have a nice crispy structure, fine taste and are easily prepared.

If you want MILK-FREE crackers, simply replace the butter with some plant-based source of fat! 🙂


First (and only) step:

Preheat the oven to 175°C.

In a bowl, knead all the ingredients into a dough. Form a ball, place it between 2 sheets of baking paper and carefully roll it out.

Using a cutter, cut diamond (or any other) shapes from rolled doughand place them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.

Sprinkle the crackers with sesame seeds before baking and bake for 15 minutes at 175°C.

Allow the crackers to cool well before serving. Bon Appetit!
