Made from 100 g of fruit per 100 g of jam and 76% fruit content? Why such a difference?
To make 100 g of jam we preprare 100 g of cleaned apricots and some erythritol. Thus at the beginning of the preparation the fruit content is actually 100%. Later, due to natural processes (evaporation of water etc. …), which are unavoidable during the production, the final share of fruit in jam is slightly lower but still 100% natural.
INGREDIENTS: Apricots 76%, sweetener: erythritol, gelling agent: agar agar, antioxidant: ascorbic acid (vitamin C). Made from 100 g of fruit per 100 g of jam.
