When compared to chia seeds, the use of defatted chia flour is much more economical. For the same purpose, you would need about 3 times less chia flour than you would chia seeds.


It is easily digestible, since more than half of its nutritional value is represented by FIBER. Its use will please everyone who suffer from constipation, bloating and other gut-related problems.


It is extremely popular in LCHF, KETO and PALEO recipes and is also suitable for diabetics and vegans.


To replace one egg in a recipe: combine 1 TBS of chia seed flour with 1 dcl of water and your chia egg is ready!


Defatted chia seed flour is rich in antioxidants, vitamins A, B, D, K and E and is a great source of minerals.
