Usage: 3 g egg white powder + 27 ml water = 1 fresh egg white
Mix the egg white powder with water in a ratio of 1: 9. For 30 g of fresh or liquid egg white (corresponding to the amount of egg white in medium sized eggs) mix 3 g of egg white powder with 27 g of water. Add water and egg white powder to a blender, blend for one minute and see your perfectly beaten egg whites you can use anywhere you’d like!
Already beaten egg white powder can be beaten again as many times you want. Egg white powder can also be added to fresh egg whites, which will make them even more compact, more inflated with air and more stable when beaten.
