An improved 100% natural sweetener ERYTHRITOL with ZERO CALORIES and ZERO NET CARBS!

Powdered erythritol, a natural sweetener with added magnesium, is an innovation, because once it melts, it never crystallizes again – which is often the case with classic types of erythritol.

Thanks to the addition of magnesium, it will stay melted even in cold dishes! This makes it ideal for sweetening of ice creams, syrups, jams, creams, ice teas … It is considered to be the best natural sweetener for desserts in general.

Erythritol can be naturally found in many plants and fruits. It’s a 100% natural sweetener that has no effect on blood sugar as it’s completely FREE of CALORIES and FREE of CARBS.

It may be used diabetics and vegans, anyone following a LOW CARB or KETO diet, people with lactose or gluten intolerance and anyone who would like to reduce their sugar intake or reduce the caloric value of homemade desserts.

Its appaerance is very similar to crystal sugar. It reaches 70% of (powdered) table sugar sweetness.

How to use?

It is only 70% as sweet as sugar, that is why you’ll need to use a bit more of it to achieve the desired sweetness. However, many people use it as a 1:1 replacement for sugar without noticing a difference.

In most situations, baking with powdered erythritol with magnesium is similar to baking with sugar.

It may also be used in meringues.

Important hint: Erythritol does not caramelize.
