First and only step

In a bowl, first mix the egg whites powder and water. Gradually add the other ingredients and stir. Take one ladle of the mass for each pancake, pour it into the pan and fry over medium heat on both sides until golden brown.

Pancakes can be baked with or without fat, as desired.

If you want really fluffy pancakes, first mix the egg whites with water and beat the mixture until firm and solid. Then slowly and gently mix in all the other ingredients.

We recommend you use HAZELNUT, WALNUT, MACADAMIAN NUT, HEMP SEED or ALMOND flour.
