Step 1

Preheat the oven to 175°C.

Grind the flax seeds and mix them with 4 tablespoons of water. Allow 5 minutes for the seeds to swell. In another bowl, mix erythritol with 1 dcl of water.

Step 2

Prepare two containers.

In the first, mix hazelnut flour with cocoa and salt. In another, beat Ketotella with plant-based milk and whisk until homogeneous. Then add flax and erythritol mixtures you’ve prepared before and stir until everything is well combined.

Step 3

Pour wet ingredients into the dry ones, mix quickly, then knead the dough with your hands (if you find it too dry, add a few tablespoons of water). Form small balls with your hands and place them on a baking tray lined with baking paper.

Bake for 15-20 minutes at 175°C. Wait to cool completely before storing or serving.
