We used our KETO PIZZA DOUGH blend to make an innovative homemade pizza full of healthy greens. This quickly-prepared treat is great for all diet types, and its preparation, along with baking, will only take you about half an hour.

Dough ingredients:
KETO PIZZA dough mix

Pesto ingredients:
Hemp seed

First and only step

For the pesto, blend all the ingredients until smooth. If you find the pesto too thick, add a little more water, otherwise adding water is not necessary.

Prepare the dough according to the instructions on the packaging - combine the pizza mixture with water and knead the mass into a dough. Roll it out and bake at 180°C for 10-15 minutes.

Then coat the dough with pesto and sprinkle spices of your choice over it. Add around 50 g of fresh and rinsed rocket (arugula) and sprinkle some pine nuts on top. Bake pizza at 220°C for another 5 minutes.

Add some more fresh rocket before slicing and then serve.
