As a stand-alone meal or a healthy dessert: This KETO and VEGAN porridge is perfect for every occasion!

The main ingredient of porridge is, of course, our defatted HAZELNUT flour, which allows you to enjoy in the authentic taste of hazelnuts with less fat, fewer calories, more protein, and higher fibre content than you would eating whole hazelnuts. ;)

to taste

First and only step

Grind sesame and flax seeds. Combine both with hazelnut flour and salt. Stir and add almond milk while stirring.

Constantly stirring bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the temperature and cook for a few more minutes, until you get desired density. Add cinnamon and erythritol to taste, set aside and serve.

Porridge is especially excellent in combination with Ketotella.
