Low Carb and Dairy Free Macaroni with Cheese
Do you feel like having mac and cheese but are lactose intolerant? We have a solution!

Instead of cheese, we used a combination of cauliflower and our yeast flakes to create a "parmesan taste" without lactose or dairy products!

And what kind of pasta did we use to make maaroni and cheese, if this recipe is low carb?

First and only step

Soak cashews in water overnight.

Cook the cauliflower until soft (about 15 minutes) and cook the pasta according to the instructions on the bag. Shake all the ingredients (except pasta) in a tall bowl and mix with a stick mixer to get a thick but smooth sauce. Add a little more water, if necessary.

Pour the sauce over the drained pasta and stir. Serve with fresh parsley and sprinkle with a little cayenne pepper if desired.
