First and only step

Combine 200 g of green banana flour, eggs and water. At low speed, mix the ingredients together and bake 10 pancakes (we recommend you use coconut fat) which will later become cannelloni.

Place a slice of prosciutto and cheese in the middle of each pancake. Wrap the pancakes in rolls and close them with a toothpick. Take each and roll it first in green banana flour, then in eggs and finally in gluten-free bread crumbs.

Put the rolls in any baking dish and oil them lightly. Bake at 200°C for 20-25 minutes on each side. Serve warm.
