First and only step

Combine all the ingredients - except for konjac flour and whiskey - over a pot. Stir well and heat over low heat until the erythritol is completely dissolved. Set the pot aside and allow the beverage to cool to room temperature.

Add whiskey, mix in the konjac flour, stir well and your low carb Baileyโ€™s is ready!

Now just pour it into bottles that close well. Low carb Baileyโ€™s by this recipe will last in the fridge for up to a month. Cheers!
