LOW CARB/KETO WALNUT CAKE TRUFFLES

The best KETO truffles you'll every try - super easy & milk free recipe!

We made them using our defatted WALNUT flour, which is an excellent and absolutely delicious natural source of protein - it contains around 50 g of protein per 100 g.

If you follow the recipe and use our ingredients EACH TRUFFLE will contain only 4 g of CARBS! Fantastic, isn't it?

Not a fan of walnuts? You can make these balls using HAZELNUT, MACADAMIAN or ALMOND defatted flour instead of walnut. Just remember, if you do this, the nutritional value of the balls will change slightly.

- WITHOUT ADDED SUGAR

First and only step

In a bowl, combine walnut flour with baking powder and erythritol. Add Ketotella and stir. Add water (almond milk) and knead the dough until smooth.

When the dough is ready, start making balls using your hands. Insert a whole walnut in the middle of each and bake at 160°C for 10 minutes.

Top the truffles with melted dark chocolate when they cool completely and decorate as desired.
