First and only step

Combine all of the ingredients and knead them into dough by hand. Roll out the well-kneaded dough to a thickness of about 3 mm. With the help of models, cut out two different shapes of cookies, place them on a baking tray, lined with baking paper and bake at 160°C for about 7 minutes.

After baking, spread the "bottom" cookies with our Strawberry or Apricot jam and cover each with the "top" cookie.

Rolling is much easier if the dough is warm or at least room temperatured. Therefore, we recommend that you knead it really well with your hands before rolling - you can also help yourself by heating the dough in the microwave for a few seconds.
