Easier and more delicious is almost impossible…
We made a healthy NO BAKE and LOW CARB version of the famous panna cotta. Yummy!

Instead of white sugar, we used POWDERED ERYTHRITOL with magnesium, which is calorie-free and does not affect blood sugar levels. Unlike other erythritols, it NEVER crystallizes, so its use is indispensable in creams, ice creams, syrups… And in making of low carb panna cotta! ;)

Ingredients

Sweet cream

Step 1

Take 1 dcl of sweet cream and use it to prepare the gelling agent (agar agar) - follow the instructions on the label, and prepare the models.

Bring the rest of the sweet cream to a boil, add erythritol powder, bourbon vanilla, salt and cook on low heat for 10 minutes, stirring constantly. Add the gelling agent, mix it well and pour the cream into jars. Place in the refrigerator and leave to rest for a few hours to harden.

Before serving, place the panna cotta jars at room temperature, or place the models in a warm bath for a few seconds. This will make it easier to shake it out of the model.

Step 2

Slice the fruit (we used ​​strawberries), add erythritol and mix with a stick mixer until you get the consistency you like.

Take each panna cotta out of the model, place it on a serving plate and pour the fruit sauce over it.
