First and only step

In a bowl, first mix together hazelnut casein, hazelnut flour, golden flax seed flour, lupine flour, konjac flour and dry yeast with sugar. Continue with adding other ingredients and continue mixing until the dough separates from the edge of the bowl.

For the filling, just puree all of the ingredients until evenly combined.

Let the dough to rise, then roll it out into a rectangle, put the filling on top, roll up, cut in the middle lengthways and almost through and twist both parts into each other.

Bake covered, 20-25 minutes at 180°C.
