Fisr and only step

First, in a large bowl, mix all of the dry ingredients (flours, sunflower and pumpkin seeds, payllium, salt and baking powder). In another bowl with a fork, beat the eggs and yogurt, and add them to the dry ingredients.

Mix everything together into a homogeneous dough and let it rest for about 10 minutes. Preheat the oven to 175 ° C (ventilation). Divide the dough into seven equal pieces and form loaves out of them, arrange them on a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake in a preheated oven for about 30 minutes until crispy brown.
