Quickly made, delicious and healthy mini pancakes!

These gluten-free and sugar-free pancakes are an ideal dessert. We can confidently say that because even the toughest of food judges (yes, we mean children! :D) enjoy eating them.

You can also treat yourself to them for breakfast or even dinner without having to feel guilty.

Ingredients

First and only step

Mash the banana with a fork. Then mix all the wet ingredients together using an electric mixer. Add all of the remaining dry ingredients and mix everything together well to get a lump-free mass.

Form mini pancakes with a spoon and bake them on a greased and heated pan. Bake until the pancakes turn golden brown, then turn them over and bake on the other side.

Serve with our KETO strawberry jam and enjoy.
