With the help of our ingredients, we've prepared a wonderful nutritious meal that is also pleasing to children and also works great as a healthy dessert. Rice pudding according to this recipe is GLUTEN FREE and WITHOUT ADDED SUGAR.

If you use a plant-based milk and grease the baking pan with vegetable fat, the rice pudding will also be LACTOSE and DAIRY FREE!

Ingredients

Short-grained white rice

First and only step

Wash the rice and cook it in slightly salted water for a bit. Then wash it again and add 250 ml of milk and cook until soft. Add coconut flour and a tablespoon of coconut fat. Mix the egg white powder with water, beat until stiff and combine the mixture with rice.

Grease a baking dish (approx. 20 x 30 cm) and bake for 25 minutes at 180°C.

Let the pudding to cool, top it with melted dark chocolate without sugar and, if desired, decorate with coconut flour.
