A proof that our defatted pumpkin seed flour works great even in sweet recipes!

These pancakes are GLUTEN-FREE, without added sugar and almost completely free of carbs.

Suitable for diabetics and, of course, anyone who follows a LOW CARB / KETO diet. If you use vegetable milk instead of regular, the pancakes will alsobe lactose free and suitable for PALEO diet.

First and only step

Using an electric mixer, combine all of the ingredients to get a thick batter. Grease the pan with a LITTLE coconut oil and bake like ordinary pancakes. Use 1 scoop of batter for each pancake.

If pancakes fall apart during baking, it means you've probably used too much oil. Use only a minimal amount of coconut or some other fat to get the perfect pancakes.
