First and only step

In one bowl, combine all of the ingredients for the chocolate-coffee layer and in the other bowl, all of the ingredients for the vanilla layer. Place both in the refrigerator for at least 90 minutes, then start serving:

Take 4 glasses and first put some choco-coffee layer in each, and then some vanilla layer. Garnish each glass with a teaspoon or two of (vegan) Greek yogurt sprinkled with cocoa powder and chopped chocolate.

For the low carb / KETO version of this recipe, we recommend replacing banana with about 1/4 teaspoon of konjac flour or slightly increasing the amount of chia seeds.

For the VEGAN version, you use VEGAN dairy product substitutes - ie vegan Greek yogurt, etc.
