Eggs

Melted Coconut Fat

Step 1

Mix together all of the ingredients - first with a spatula, then with your hands. Mix until all the ingredients are evenly combined and the structure of the dough is firm.

Shape the dough into a ball and let it rest for 20 minutes.

Step 2

After 20 minutes, roll out the dough between two sheets of baking paper to a thickness of approx. 3 mm - the dough will swell really nicely during baking, so roll it out as thin as you can.

Cut the rolled dough into rectangles and wrap the sausages with them - use one rectangle for each sausage, wrap raw, uncooked sausages - if desired, coat sausages with a little tomato puree before wrapping.

Place the wrapped hot dogs on a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake for 20-25 minutes at 180°C.
